Gymnastics has been my lifelong passion-I grew up in the sport, coached by my father, and competed at the highest levels as a kid.  But, after becoming a mom, I stepped away for 15 years to focus on my family.  When I came back, I saw the sport differently: not through the lens of medals and rankings, but through the eyes of every child who just wants to feel strong, capable and proud of themselves.

That is what Full Twist Fit is built on.  Whether your child dreams of doing their first cartwheel or just wants a fun, safe place to build confidence, I'm here to meet them exactly where they are-with patience, encouragement, and 25+ years of experience behind every lesson.
